Project OTZMA is a ten month program designed to offer Jewish adults ages 20-25 (college graduates preferred) an opportunity to live and volunteer in Israel in a variety of settings. The year is divided into "tracks" and is designed to give participants the opportunity to serve in various environments. Click the links below to learn more about the various tracks of the program.

OTZMA is a joint program of the Israel Forum and the North American Jewish Federations, represented by the United Jewish Communities, in cooperation with the Department for Jewish/Zionist Education of the Jewish Agency. Since its inception in 1986, over 1000 young adults representing Jewish communities across North America have participated in this unique opportunity to serve Israel and the Jewish people. Upon their return to North America, participants are expected to serve their Jewish community in a volunteer or professional capacity. **OTZMA is a dynamic and continuously evolving program in which participants, professionals, and lay leaders review the content and results of various program components.
